Our system delivers your packed medications to you, holds your prescriptions, communicates with your doctor – in other words, we give a complete medication care service.

It gives you and/or your loved ones the peace of mind to know that all medication that must be taken at a certain time, can be easily given using the webster system. Home Medication Reviews

The purpose of a DMMR is to improve the quality of life and health outcomes. A review may be initiated by a carer, nurse or GP with a view to identifying, preventing and solving medication related problems. This is a vital service for patients living in the community, where with the assistance of a carer or regular visits by a nursing agency. This is a free service to the patient.

Our Home Health Care department is located in a stand alone business immediately next to the pharmacy, open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. The department is also open to business Saturdays from 8.30 to 12 noon. The business also has a warehouse and work shop in another part of town.

Compression Garment Fitting

Whether you are on your feet all day and want to avoid swollen, sore feet or have a medical condition that requires you to wear compression garments, we will happily measure and fit you out with all the appropriate support. For correct, precise measurements to be taken, we require approximately 20 to 30 minutes of your time and therefore ask you to make an appointment at a time convenient for you..

Dept. of Veterans Affairs

As sole agents for the DVA's RAP (Rehabilitation Appliance Program), we are the key address in all things rehabilitation. If you are a DVA card holder, need help getting around, we will be able to put you in contact with the correct authorities which will give you access to required equipment. After receiving the necessary paperwork, we are very quick to deliver (fit, demonstrate if required) so that you are able to get up and around as soon as possible.

Deliveries

We are able to deliver equipment and/or medication to any location on the entire Sunshine Coast, and if required, can courier outside this region. Equipment or medication will always be delivered by a uniformed staff member, who will call before arrival, just to make sure it is convenient for you at that time.

We have numerous vehicles on the road every day of the week, which are regularly serviced and maintained, as reliability is imperative to our business.
