Terms of Sale
General
· It is a total requirement that you provide
your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and
purchase method details to complete a sale.
· Your name, physical address and e-mail address
may be made available to all parties to the sale as
required to complete the sale.
· Your Credit Card number will be transmitted
directly to the banking network for authorisation and
completion of the sale.
· Card fraud is a federal offence punishable
by heavy fines and jail time.
· Complete security of your credit card details
is assured and a secure server is used for this purpose.
Order Acceptance
· Your placing of an order does not automatically
provide acceptance of that order.
· All products remain the property of the owner
of this site until fully paid for and received by the
purchaser.
Account Obligations
· You are required to provide correct and in-date
credit card information to allow us to process your
purchase.
· If you are not paying by credit card, please
respond to our auto-reply e-mail requesting further
detail.
Process & Payment
· This order will be processed, goods selected,
wrapped securely and sent within 24 hours of receipt
(normal working hours, Monday to Friday).
· We accept MasterCard, Visa, BankCard, American
Express & Diners
· Your credit card details will be processed
by our Cash Controller (see Our Team) prior
to goods being sent.
· If you ticked Request alternate method
of payment we will contact you by e-mail to determine
a method of payment prior to goods being sent.
· We will accept money orders, personal cheques,
bank cheques, business cheques, cash over-the-counter.
· Personal and business cheques must be cleared
before processing goods, and an appropriate time delay
is expected.
· All payments are stated in $AUSTRALIAN and
payment should be made in this form.
Confirmation
· Following your sending us an order, an automatic
order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with your
details attached.
Delivery Policy Sale
· We can deliver anywhere.
· Deliveries to the Sunshine Coast region will
normally be done by our own delivery vehicles and employed
drivers.
· Australia Post, commercial couriers or freight
companies are also used.
· We reserve the right to determine the most
cost efficient delivery method for your delivery.
Delivery Costs - Sale
· Sunshine Coast and south east Queensland area:
FREE
· Australia: Orders over $150 FREE
· Australia: Australia Post AT COST
· Conditions: Large volume or heavy items may
require alternate delivery methods. AT COST.
· Overseas: Please ask for a quote
· Quotes given: We are happy to provide a quote
on delivery costs.
· You may collect your order over the counter:

Limit of Liability
· No liability or responsibility is taken or
inferred by the owner for incorrect selection, incorrect
use or misuse of goods purchased.
· Necessary instruction in the use of goods
are printed on the goods or will be provided where requested,
but it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure
the suitability of the goods for the purpose intended.
Conditions of Hire (Rental)
· All goods on hire remain the total property
of Home Health Care Sunshine Coast (the owner).
· All hire is to be paid in advance and kept
in advance until hired goods are returned to the owner.
· Hired goods not returned by the expiry date
of the hire agreement will be subject to further hire
charges until returned to the owner.
· Re-hire of goods should be negotiated prior
to the expiry of the hire agreement.
· All hire goods are subject to a quality clean,
check and label procedure before hire, providing you
with a quality ready-to-use product.
· All goods on hire remain the total responsibility
of the person named on the contract of hire until returned
to the owner.
· All goods on hire are to be returned in a
clean and workable condition (fair wear and tear accepted).
Damage to hire goods or goods in a state requiring more
than normal cleaning will have an extra charge applied
to the account.
· Delivery and pickup can be arranged subject
to any delivery charges and availability of transport.
· Delivery and pickup by our business vehicles
is free to anywhere on the Sunshine Coast, given sufficient
notice.
· Notice of end-of-use must be given
to allow collection of goods. Charges will continue
until goods are returned to the owner.
· Every effort will be made to provide the goods
required within the time available. Forward booking
will provide a greater chance of correct goods. A time
delay or substitution of goods may be necessary at times.
· Acceptance of an order for goods by the owner
binds the hirer to these Conditions of Hire.
· Complete name, address and delivery instructions
are required along with your payment.
· Charges are quoted in week and month periods.
No credit will be given for return of equipment before
the due date (without prior approval from the owner)

Delivery Policy Hire
· We can deliver anywhere.
· We are pleased to provide holiday hire.
· We can provide support equipment for care
facilities.
· Please note that delivery of heavy rehabilitation
equipment over larger distances can be expensive.
· Deliveries to the Sunshine Coast region will
normally be done by our own delivery vehicles and employed
drivers.
· Australia Post, commercial couriers or freight
companies are also used.
· We reserve the right to determine the most
cost efficient delivery method for your delivery.
Delivery Costs - Hire
· Sunshine Coast area only: FREE
· Other areas: AT COST
· Overseas: NOT AVAILABLE
· Conditions: We can arrange for hire equipment
to be delivered outside the Sunshine Coast area.
Please contact us for detail.
· Quotes given: We are happy to quote on delivery
charges.

Hire to Buy Policy
· Purchase of hired goods may be negotiated
at any time.
· An agreed price is to be negotiated based
on the current value of the goods as they are at the
time of negotiations.
· The first hire payment only may be deducted
from any agreed price for the purchase of the goods.
· A new item may be substituted for the hired
goods at any time, subject only to the hired goods being
returned in a similar condition to when they were hired.
· This effectively provides a try before
you buy at no extra cost to the purchaser.

Credit (refund) Policy
It is expected that the purchaser will have done sufficient
research into the ordering to goods as to fully understand
what goods are being supplied.
Goods will be refunded to your credit card account
under the following conditions.
· The goods were supplied on recommendation
by an employee of the owner and were totally unsuitable
for the purpose for which they were recommended.
· Goods were received in a damaged condition.
· Goods for credit were prior approved for return
by forwarding an e-mail credit request to the owner
at info@homehealthcare.com.au and then by receipt of
an e-mail authority.
· Goods being returned will be well packaged
to protect them from damage.
· No claim will be accepted if goods are returned
damaged (unless by prior approval).
· Within Australia goods may be returned by
post using

· Credit will be applied to your account within
24 hours of receipt and inspection.
· Replacement goods will be forwarded if requested.
· No credit will be given for return of equipment
